Today I'm sharing a quick look at my Dream Big set up! I am using a VDS A6 Rings planner and I've gotta say... setting it up is so quick and easy. I always dreaded new set ups in my TN because they took me forever to do, but I have a feeling I'll be switching set ups a lot more frequently now.
That's one of the best parts of preordering a VBKit + a Paper Pack. You can basically set up your entire planner each month with a new theme.
The vellums are perfect for overlays on top of inserts or dashboards. I simply cut them down to size and punched the holes. The papers come folded already, so if you have a TN, you only have to trim them down to have a quick set of dividers.
You'll also see a few sticker sheets peeking out of different pockets in this set up.
The "Dream Big" VBKit included a set of adhesive pockets so I made sure to remember to include one. This was as easy as peeling off the backing and applying it onto a piece of cardstock I had already cut down and punched.
These pockets are a great size to hold sticker samplers or quarter sheets. I love how this hot air balloon design looked on the cloud patterned paper.
TIP: Apply these very slowly or they'll end up crooked like mine LOL!
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw that I used one of the sticky notes from the "Dream Big" VBKit to create some fun framed art. I decided that they would also look really pretty layered onto the papers. I added a sticker to the middle and then created a corner design using the skinny washi strips from the mini weeks sheet of the sticker book.
For the second dashboard, I left the paper folded and then trimmed some of the page down to create a pocket. I secured the bottom and side using adhesive tape and added some washi for decoration. Inside the pocket is a small washi card I made usingpackaging from the VBKit and one of the sticker sheets that I cut down.
I kept this section more simple to focus on the pretty patterns. How adorable is that cloud clip?!
I couldn't resist an opportunity to do a little sticker collage! I layered a full box with some flags and deco to create a fun corner on this dashboard.
Since both of the VBKit washi tapes were transparent, I thought they'd look really great paired with this paper as a washi dashboard. I simply chose an angle and started laying the washi down. Once all the strips were where I wanted them, I used scissors to trim the excess tape off the edges.
For the back section, I cut the paper at a different angle to make another pocket. This is holding a few more sheets of the cut down sticker book. I like keeping a few planning options with me for last minute checklists or notes.
I also added the tab stickers to make a couple of side tabs.
The last sheet of vellum is held in place with thedreampaper clip! And of course I had to slide the "Dream Big" VBPen into the pen loop.
I hope you enjoyed this close up look into my planner! If you used a VBKit to set yours up, share photos or a flipthrough in the Facebook group. Social media links are below.
