PLEASE HELP US MAINTAIN THE SURPRISE

Last year we received feedback that a lot of people were disappointed to see 2019 Advent VBKit products revealed on social media. We kindly ask that you please refrain from posting any Advent VBKit products without cover photos & spoiler warnings until December 25th. We know we can't enforce this but we ask so that those who choose to open one a day in December do not have their goodies spoiled while scrolling Instagram or Facebook.

Product reveals will not be approved in the VillabeauTIFFul Community Facebook group. Any posts or comments that include photos or details about the Advent VBKit products will be removed.

We understand that it is incredibly exciting to open up all of your pretty products and we all love to share that excitement but 2020 has been a heck of a year... Please help us do what we can to preserve someone's joy and surprise at unwrapping their VB goodies on their own timeline! Thank you all so much for your consideration & understanding!!

Looking for ideas on how to use the digitals included with your VBKit preorder? Check out the Planner Inspiration page of the VB shop where you can find inspiration & projects from the VB Design Team. You can also search “digitals'' in the shop or “villabeauTIFFul digital tutorials” on YouTube to filter for helpful tutorials. Lots of ideas, projects, layouts, & set ups are also posted in the VillabeauTIFFul Community Facebook group. Don’t forget to search #vbkit or #shopvillabeautifful on social media for more VB content!

TRACKING & DELIVERY DELAYS

Once a package has been accepted by the USPS, we unfortunately don't have access to any additional information aside from the tracking info that is available on their website. USPS is experiencing some delays & issues due to new mail carrier policies, short staffing, COVID-19, & the holiday rush. Some package tracking numbers are not being updated prior to delivery while others are being marked as "Delivered" & showing up days later. ISSUES?

All products are inspected by our quality control team & packaged with care. If you believe any part of your VBKit is defective, damaged, or a product is missing once you receive it, please contact VB Customer Service via the contact form in the VB shop right away. This does not include damages to packaging during transit, in these cases please contact your local post office or USPS customer service for assistance.
