Q: What if something is a gift?
A: Please leave a note at checkout stating which product(s) are for gifts. I can wrap these up for you and make sure they get separate packaging.
Q: How will I be receiving my order and where will it be sent from?
A: All orders will be shipped from VB HQ in Seattle, WA via USPS First Class for domestic orders and USPS Priority for VB Kits. However, it could vary if we see a better option.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We want everyone all over the wold to have VB stickers!
Q: How long can I expect my order to ship?
A: Orders get filled in the order they are received. It takes about 3-7 business days (sometimes even sooner) before you receive a shipping notification via email. When new products and collections get launched please be advised that it could take longer to fulfill and ship your order usually around 7-14 business days. If you would like status updates on preorders you can find them on the original listing of the product.

A: Yes, every month is a different theme.
Q: Can VBRewards be used towards a kit?
A: Yes, your rewards code can be used toward a kit however PR and promo codes cannot (your order will be canceled)
Q: Can I use a PR, discount/promo code on new release days?
A: NO, you can't. Only VB Rewards can be used towards your purchase.
Q: I need to cancel my order that I made on new release day / Tiffy Tuesday / restock day.
A: Sorry, but on these busy days we cannot cancel and or change orders once they are placed. For more details check the Store Policy Page here.
Q: Shipping is expensive internationally for the kit, is there a way to cut down costs?
A: We understand the shipping out of N.America is fairly expensive. We find that shipping without the box helps cut down cost. If you would like to have the kit without the box please check out normally, email us with your order number so we can research the best price for you and give a refund for the excess shipping.
Q: Do you offer wholesale orders for planner kits, parties, etc for large orders?
A: Wholesale/Bulk orders are available. Please contact so we can discuss further.
Q: I tired to contact you on one of your social media platforms but you didn't respond. Why?
A: I believe in always making sure my customers are well taken care of but would rather have you contact me via email so it gets to me directly. I don't respond to Instagram or Facebook DM's if it's regarding your order. Email is always the best way :)
Q: When do you have discounts?
A: Follow the Facebook Villababes page or ShopVillabeautifful on Instagram for the latest shop news including new releases and promo codes.
Q: My clear stickers from last year are fading why?
A: The clear adhesive label sheets have a shelf life of 6-8 months (according to the label manufacturer). From what we noticed the fading is from the older clear sheets from the time we started (July 2015- Oct 2015). The supplier has since changed their manufacturer. but you'll start to see the colors start to fade (especially with the darker colors first). Please use your stickers within 1-6 months to enjoy your VB clear sheets. We have since changed manufacturers and clear label sheets to avoid this issue.
Q: Will your stickers fit my planner?
A: Villabeautifful stickers fit various planners from Erin Condren Life Planner, Happy Planner, and ring bound planners (personal and A5) and Traveler's Notebook Inserts. Measurements of the stickers are always included in each listing. There are two sizes in the decorative boxes- Vertical (fits all planners) and Happy Planner (the boxes are longer to fit the taller boxes. Q: I'm a YouTuber and or Blogger I would like to review your stickers/products. How can I?
A: Fill out the contact form with your contact information including your website or YouTube channel for consideration.
Q: Can I resell your products?
A: I ask that you not resell any of my products without proper consent from me. If you do make an order that involves large quantities of one product I will email you directly.
Q: Can I get VB Rewards on past purchases?
A: Sorry, you can only receive points on current purchases. Make sure you sign up for an account to start earning VB Rewards.

Q:Why was my order canceled for Tiffy Tuesdays?
A: During Tiffy Tuesdays promo codes are not able to be used due to the product already being discounted.
Q:Can I combine orders?
A: Please contact customer service prior to your purchase to see if combined shipping can be made. These orders are handled on a case by case basis only. On new release launches for VBPens combined shipping is not available.
