This means that they did not pass the final round of quality control due to small cosmetic flaws that may consist of: metal, paint, crystal, or other small defects. All three VBPens from the Belle Ame VBKit are marked on the bottoms of the pens. See the listing photos for an example. This kit has been discounted 20% to reflect the imperfections on the VBPens.
