2022 Holiday Order Processing
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed for shipment. For holiday gifts, please shop early! Please keep in mind that USPS often experiences shipping & delivery delays around the holidays, so we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Your patience & understanding means the world to us here at VillabeauTIFFul! Thank you!
Our shipping timeframe has been updated to reflect the time needed for the VB Team to process orders.
• Regular shipping windows will be 4-10 business days.
• Release days of any kind will have shipping windows of 7-14 business days.
Please note: this excludes all weekends & holidays. Thank you for your understanding! The VB Team always does our very best to fulfill each and every order in a timely manner.
If there was a release, special shopping promotion, sale, etc, the shipping queue does become longer and may increase shipping times for orders placed in the following days as the team works to fulfill the increased amount of orders that come through. When Will My Order Ship?
Regular orders will be processed for shipment within 4-10 business days.
Orders placed during new releases & shop promotion periods will be processed for shipment within 7-14 business days.
Shipping windows are also listed in the VB Store Policy. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped & you can also view your order status on the VB Account / Order History page in the shop.
You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for your tracking number to update.
The VB Studio doesn't have postal pick ups Friday through Sunday so any orders processed after Thursday's postal pick up begin shipping the following Monday.
VBKit reservations can be expected to ship out around the 25th at the end of each month. VBKit reservation shipping info is always noted in the product listings. You can also check the VB Calendar, where it shows when Kit Week will start each month. Please check there prior to emailing VB Customer Service about when your VBKit reservation will ship. If a kit is delayed for any reason, a VB Newsletter will be sent out with that information.
Please keep in mind that for Priority shipping options, the USPS Priority shipping window is based on their shipping times once a package has been accepted by the postal service - it does not reflect the order processing times for VillabeauTIFFul. VillabeauTIFFul order processing times are listed below.
Order processing is between 7-14 business days, no weekends, for:
• New releases / restock week
• Kit week
• New product launches
• Promotions (sales, Tiffy Specials)
Regular order processing is between 4-10 business days.
When Will My Tracking Update?
Please allow 24 - 72 hours for your tracking number to update after receiving a shipment confirmation email. Once a package has been accepted by the USPS, we don't have access to any additional information aside from the tracking info that is available on their website.
Some packages are arriving without any tracking updates aside from “in transit" while other packages are being marked as "Delivered" & then showing up a few days later.
If you are worried about a package being lost or misdelivered, please first contact your local post office/postal worker or USPS Customer Service, and fill out a Missing Mail form on their website. If there is no movement on the USPS tracking website, please wait 3-4 weeks from the date the package was shipped before contacting VB Customer Service.
Check the USPS Service Alert page for updates regarding any delays they are experiencing due to COVID-19, seasonal rushes, & any other issues.
What if I Have Delivery Issues?
VillabeauTIFFul is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property, damaged, tampered with, or marked as delivered once they have been accepted by USPS. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to resolve these issues and file a claim with the postal service. At times, a package may be marked as delivered but was misdelivered. Please wait 1-2 business days to see if your package does show up. If not, you will need to contact USPS directly.

What about International Shipping?
VB ships all over the world. When you go to check out in the shop, a list of countries where we currently offer shipping will be available for you to choose from. If your location is not listed there, unfortunately we are not able to offer shipping to that destination at this time.

International shipping is taking longer than usual - some packages aren't arriving for up to 2 months or longer. The USPS has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find a list of these destinations on the USPS International Service Alerts page.
UK VAT UPDATE
Due to changes in the VAT treatment of overseas goods, VillabeauTIFFul unfortunately had to put a hold on shipping to the UK until further notice.
This policy change took effect on December 15th, 2020. Any orders placed after 12/15/2020 with a UK shipping address will be cancelled. The UK has been removed from our list of shipping destinations for the time being. Once we get the approval to ship to the UK again, we will continue service.
EU VAT UPDATE
Effective July 1st, 2021 we suspended shipping to the EU (European Union) due to the updated customs / VAT requirements. Any orders placed on or after 07/01/21 with an EU shipping address will be cancelled. Once we get the approval to ship to the EU again, we will continue service.
