There have been a lot of emails to VB Customer Service & posts in the VillabeauTIFFul Community Facebook group regarding shipping inquiries & tracking delays, so we wanted to compile the information we have so it's easily accessible for all.
*Holiday Shipping: To get your gifts in time for the holidays, please shop early! The VB Team will be working hard to get orders out within the 7-14 business day timeframe. USPS is currently inundated with the holiday rush, so transit delays are to be expected. You can find links for ways to contact USPS regarding your packages at the bottom of this blog.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping windows are listed in the VB Store Policy & in most individual listings in the shop. Please check there prior to emailing VB Customer Service about when your order will ship.
Order processing is between 7-14 business days for:
New release / restock week
New product launches
Promotions (sales, Tiffy Specials)
VBKit preorders have specific shipping windows that are available in the product listings. You can also check the VB Calendar, where it will show when Kit Week will start each month.
CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN MY TRACKING WILL UPDATE?
Once a package has been accepted by the USPS, we are no longer in control of it & unfortunately don't have access to any additional information aside from the tracking info that is available on their website. Please check the USPS Service Alert page for updates regarding the delays they are experiencing due to COVID-19 & any other issues.
Some packages are arriving after 6+ weeks without tracking updates aside from “in transit.” Some packages are being marked as "Delivered" & showing up days later.

International shipping is taking longer than usual - some packages aren't arriving for up to 2 months. The USPS has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find a list of these destinations on the USPS International Service Alerts page.
