VB Close Up: Au Revoir Monthly Layout
Goodbye 2020, Hello 2021!
Hello VillaFolx!

Today I am showcasing how I used the Au Revoir VBKit stickers and washi tape to plan in the monthly section of my on-the-go planner before I write anything down.

I like to use the VB washi tape a few different ways in my planner. The first is to section off areas on my pages. This is helpful on this at a glance page because I can separate my monthly goals, important dates, and bills due sections. This is a visual cue that I have 3 distinct sections.
I also like to use VB washi tape to add emphasis to a calendar box when something important is happening that day. The added washi tape is a visual cue that draws my eye to that day. I paired this with the thumbtack sticker from the VBKit sticker book.
The VB washi tape is also great for decorating the monthly box spaces that aren’t being used. Since the New Year starts on Friday, I used the washi tape to add a decorative edge to the top and bottom of Monday through Thursday. I paired this with a few stickers from the VBKit sticker book.
For pay days and bill due days, I used stickers from the VBKit sticker book. The dollar bills and money sign denote pay days. The solid dot denotes a bill due. I cut the dots from the dotted checklist to have enough for all my bills this month.
To decorate the blank space at the top of my page, I used the hexagon stickers from the VBKit sticker book. This adds a fun detail to the spread and ties everything together.
Each month I use the VBKit washi tape and stickers to plan and decorate for the month. It’s become a routine for me because it works so well at keeping me organized and productive.

Thank you for taking some time to read my blog post! I hope 2021 brings you joy and happiness!
